    Authorize.Net not receiving Transactions!

    I just noticed something...a customer bought something from our Web site, but the transaction didn't go to authorize.net, my Gateway! Instead, I keep getting the orders through Catalog 6! In the Payment and Security tab, I put Authorize.Net as a Payment Method and for Web site Description, I selected Authorize.Net. And under the configuration, I typed in the ID and Secret Key--and it's in Production mode. Does anyone have an idea why Authorize.Net is not receiving the transactions?! Thanks!

    It's hard to say without any details.

    If I were you I'd put through a trial order (you can always do a refund later) and see what happens.
