NETQUOTEVAR <A> to CART or BASKET ?

Is there a NETQUOTEVAR that will display a link to the BASKET/CART page or directly to CHECKOUT?

I have searched the forums and help for something like:

<a href="NETQUOTEVAR:SHOWBASKET"><img src="img.jpg" id="myImg"></a>

I have found the help section regarding linking to the cart using an absolute URL, e.g, http://mydomain ... but is there a variable?

NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCHECKOUTLINK does the checkout.
