I get the following error message when I try to update/refresh my catalog.
"An error occurred when trying to connect to the server. This can happen when Windows is confused about proxy settings. If you have Internet Explorer or another application configured to work with a proxy, the settings should be the same for Actinic Ecommerce. Please check your connection first."
I have checked my proxy settings and they are off, both in Actinic and my internet settings. I have not changed anything anyway, and it was working perfectly OK before.
I had a similar problem last year, and was told to remove some .fil files that had become corrupted so they could be rebuilt. I've lost the original email, so does anybody know if this would work/which files to remove???
