HSBC e-secure facility relies on pop ups being generated ….with the new service pack on XP and their bundled pop up blocker it seems to be fooling a lot of people when they click through and no pop up payment pages come up. Can there be away from Actinic’s end that creates a framed page rather than the pop up bit which is causing us many many problems ?

The transfer from Actinic to HSBC is all done in the same browser window. Could you please clarify where the pop-up pages you refer to should appear?
