Handling fee

We have some items that are shipped direct from the supplier so we don't want to apply the handling charge to these. How do I do that please?

We just charge it and make extra profit, that is what being in business is all about isn't it?

This is true, but since there is a facility for it I thought it may be more flexible in its application, but since there has been no response from Actinic I suppose we will have to adopt that policy as well and disclose it in the T&C's. It would be much more professional to have it included in the invoice and monthly sales reports.
