Affiliate Window tracking software code

hi ya,

I am having problems with the tracking code working in order phase four. All the other tracking and conversion codes (google, overture, netclix etc) work in here but not Affiliate window. Has anybody got any experience of this or any ideas that can assist me.

Sorry if being dim..but do you mean the actual affiliate window code not reporting? If so there are special actinic instructions. If not that I will go back to sleep.

please stay awake. the reporting code that they provide does not work in actinic. Can you please advise the special instructions.

The code is given in a special set of actinic instructions at affiliatewindow..
so within order04

but this give commission on vatand postage. If you search for aw and my name there is a posting about how to code it so it gives commission on just the subtotal. We haven't done that yet, whilst we have a free p&P offer..
