separate handling and delivery

Is it possible to have a separate handling and delivery charge for different customer groups, i.e Trade etc whilst retaining the standard H&D for normal customers

Sorry for the delay in responding to this thread. I'm afraid that is not possible, as within version 7, the shipping and handling is done on a global scale rather than customer group. I will add this onto the wishlist for you

On a very similar topic, is it possible to organise "sort" the list of countries, say alphabetically but with the Uk always on top?

Australia
China
France
Mexico
USA
Venezuala

Hi there

You should be able to sort them, by going to "Advance | Location", then using the black arrows on the right, highlight the countries you wish to move up, and click on the "Up" arrow
