I believe I have hit a problem when upgrading from V6 to V7.
Actinic sends the Order number based on Customer Initials, post code and then a sequential number i.e. TW46UB10000001
When upgrading from V6 to V7 Actinic reset the order number to 10000001. This had the effect of creating a duplicate order number which was already processed by the PSP and the transaction was rejected.
If you have a low number of repeat customers this could cause problems with rejected orders through your PSP.
Is there a way to set the start point of the sequential order number.
