    Setting Order Number !!!!

    I believe I have hit a problem when upgrading from V6 to V7.

    Actinic sends the Order number based on Customer Initials, post code and then a sequential number i.e. TW46UB10000001

    When upgrading from V6 to V7 Actinic reset the order number to 10000001. This had the effect of creating a duplicate order number which was already processed by the PSP and the transaction was rejected.

    If you have a low number of repeat customers this could cause problems with rejected orders through your PSP.

    Is there a way to set the start point of the sequential order number.

    You can set the order number in the troubleshooting dialog in actinic, this dialog is available from the help menu in Actinic.
