New User to Developer 7 and I Need HELP!

Whenever I add something to the brochure pages in Dreamweaver, it will save & preview in Dreamweaver just fine, however, when I go back to Actinic and do a page preview, it overwrite all the data I did in Dreamweaver. Is there anyway of getting around that, or am I doing something wrong?

ALSO:
Why does it not allow you to use SWF's? When I want to add a logo, it only allows gif,jpeg,png, or bmp... I want to integrate 3rd party graphic into the fold, but it doesn't seem to allow it.

If someone could help me out, that would be great.

if you are adding things to brochure pages , you should be doing this using the brochure facility within the actinic tree.

ie open catalog, at the top of the tree you will see the brochure index page right click it to see the fragments. this is where you edit these pages.

TO edit the design, you should be editing the overall layout templates for your brochure pages. The default one is Act_BrochurePrimary.html.

I suggest having a read od the Design Guide in the 'Actinic v7\Starter Guides' folder as this will tell you how to edit the appearance of Actinic store pages.
