Copy and paste user information

We use Actinic 5 that works well.

One minor irritation is based on the way you would transfer orders to a document.

In order to copy and paste the shipping address, you must copy each line one at a time.

Is there a way to copy and paste a block of information? For example, if you could print a report which allows copy/paste it would merge the line by line info into one block. I cannot see how to do it except by sending to a .csv file which is less efficient.

Ideas?

The easiest way to do this is to create a user email and then you can copy the whole address in one go. Make sure that you cancel it rather than email it though.

It worked

The method to create an address block by starting to send an email and copy/pasting the address block worked fine, with one minor problem.

If the ship to address is different from the billing address you don't get an option of who to send the email to, and then capture the desired block.

Is that fixed in v7?

If you select the 'order shipped' email before sending the email then you also get the shipped address.
