    Customer Login. Unable to enter own details

    Developer Version 7.01

    We've been using Customer Accounts login for sometime now, but only infrequently. After a customer complaint, I've just noticed that most cannot enter their own Invoice & Delivery Address etc.,

    In Edit Customer Details > On the account tab, I've unchecked
    'Only invoice address' but on going back in later it has reticked it. !!!

    Also, on the Buyers Tab... No matter what I try the 'Invoice Address' box greys out. This occurs either at the end of the setup, or later when I re-visit.

    I've got one Customer Account that works fine, the others are all faulty.

    Its got me stumped.

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Hi Bea,

    Try adding in another address in the "Address" tab. If you only have one invoice address then "Only Invoice Address" will always be true.

      Toby...did this change since version 6? I didn't think there had to be two addresses previously. It's a real pain for us.
