Help With Digital Download

I have a client who didn't receive their digital download email is there any way I can recreate it?

Hi Debbie,

I'm afraid, unless you place an order yourself on his behalf, there is no other way of recreating a digital download mail. The only suggestion i can provide would be to place this file on another folder on your website, and provide a direct link email to your client. Then after a 48 period, delete it off your server.
