Problem with uploading to Clara HELP!!!

Hi, I have been trying to upload a site to Clara for some time now, I keep getting the same error when I go through WEB, CONFIGURE WEBSITE DETAILS or through the wizard in ADVANCED, NETWROK SETUP.
    The problem I get is:

An error occurred while sending an HTTP request to the web server. Perhaps your network is down or the webserver is down. try again or contact your network administrator or ISP to correct the situation.

If I press TEST in ADVANCED NETWORK SETUP I get

Actinic is not able to run the CGI scripts on the server. It appears as if the scripts are not installed. The most likely cause is that you have an incorrect CGI-BIN URL. If you've never uploaded the site, then you should do it before a download of orders. If you've uploaded the site ever, then Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration.

    Then

The web server returned error code 404 - Requested URL not found. This means Actinic can not execute the CGI scripts on your web site. Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to check the web setup.

    My network settings are

    HTTPPROXYMODE 1
    HTTPPROXYADDRESS
    HTTPPROXYPORT 80
    HTTPPROXYUSER

    Hello there.

Can I suggest you register an email support question with http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm as someone will probably need to look at your settings for themselves.

As a tip though, try and get the non-SSL settings working correctly before trying to get the SSL side up and running.
