HI,

I have digital downloads on my site and i made a test purchase in production mode to see what happened and the order comes in and is marked as 0 under the % of items shipped

i thought that digital downloads were marked as shipped?

Do you have 'Auto Ship Digital Download Products' selected in 'Business Settings | Ordering' and also have 'Auto Ship' selected in the 'Digital Download' tab of the products?

Someone needs to take a look at your snapshot and find out what has happened here. Something is obviously not working properly.
