we have had some customers complain that they keep getting redirected to our hosts splash page http://www.wmac.co.uk/acatalog/ i can get this fault to repeat only on certain computers i would like these redirects to go to our own fault page so that the customer stays on our site

Juts place any html file you want as index.html in the acatalog folder of your website.
I assume that you've entered some other name into actinic as the home page for your catalog which is why actinic isn't creating a page for you.

PS. What from I can see this isn't a 404 page not found error as if you try an incorrect pagename you get a different error response.-----------------------------------------
