Hi,

I have a number of options for a product that I offer a customer. But if they select one option then I would like them not to be able to select another option. Is there a way of doing this?

So if they select one option from one dropdown list then you don't want them to select a specific option (or options) from another dropdown list?

The way you do this is to create a component called 'Selection' (or something) within the product. You may need to move your current attributes out the way while you do this. Then place your attributes WITHIN the 'Selection' component.

Then go into the component, change to the 'Permutations' tab and click 'Fill List'. You can then de-select 'Valid' for any combination of choices that you don't want to allow.

This doesn't change how the store page looks, but if a customer selects an invalid combination they will receive an error.
