adding business info into a fragment

I have the vaguest idea this is possible, having drifted past something in a manual somewhere .. but for the life of me I have been unable to find the bit I need.

I have a brochure page, on which there are a couple of fragments.

I would like to add the name and client's address, now .. naturally I can simply type this in as text .. but I think it's possible to pull this info from the business settings .. I tried adding [ADDRESS] into the text field of a fragment (to see if this might do it) .. but what appeared on the final page (preview and uploaded) was NETQUOTEVAR:ADDRESS .. rather than the content of that field

.. made me think I was close, but no coconut.

any ideas?

not an answer to your question, but pointers, I hope

not all NQVs are useable in all templates, I think the advanced user guide may throw some light on which NQV can be used in which templates.
