Import snapshot fatal error.

Any ideas what the following means and what the consequences are?

FATAL ERRORS
(File ImportBackup.cpp, Line 316) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.ldb ! has been caught.
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 284) - Archive error 13 - Extract selected files call failed
Library error - Error creating file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

Hi there

The error message means, when actinic is backing up your files into the .acd file, the actinic database was still locked in the running process. Therefore actinic was not able to backup the database. This is the reason why you are getting this error message. To get rid of the error message, simply close down actinic, and open it again. Once actinic loaded, simply do a snapshot again.
