    Switch start date problem

    I know I know - but this is slightly different and I can't find any info in previous threads.

    I have a "Switch with no issue" card type set up with the Start date ticked in View|Business Settings|Payment and Security|Configure Method.

    However I don't get an Enter Start Date prompt or a data entry field to enter it on my payment page.

    Any ideas why not?

    Hi Doug,

    Just been on your website and placed a test order (ACINIC10000039). I can see a "Start Date" field on the payment page.

    Have you tried placing a test order on your website. For me its fine.

      I'm stumped!!
      Thanks for looking at this for me and sorry to have wasted your time. I did a test order on saturday evening with my customer on the phone and definitely did not have a start date appear then. What can I say. As long as it is now working. Thanks once again.
