Section List Separator

I am currently displaying a section list within the left-hand column - but want to separate each section item within the list with a pink horizontal rule.

Any tips on how I would achieve this?

I would add the horizontal line into the layout template for the top-level section list.

You can access this template by going to 'Design | Options | Layouts' and clicking 'Edit' next to the 'Top Level Section Link Layout' field.
