Navigator bar not showing

I am trying to figure out why my navigator bar shows...and sometimes it doesn't. It keeps happening for the following page:

It seems like there's a bug in Catalog V6. There's also no header and footer--this happens on and off. Sometimes when I update the site, the navigator bar and header/footer doesn't show...does anyone know what I can do to correct this problem?? I would appreciate any advice. Thank You!

Could you please let us know a URL it works on, and a URL it doesn't work on.

At a guess, is your issue that you have a section navigation list which is not appearing in the search page, the shopping cart or in the checkout? If so, then you need to consider using the JavaScript section navigation lists which are detailed in the Advanced User Guide.
