order blob error

the v5 software downloading the orders from one of our catalogs displays 'encrypted order blob has lost some data' type error, everytime someone uses the java credit card details applet.

we download the rest of the customers order details just fine, but his credit card details say 'sent seperately'.

this is only a recent problem and we have no idea how to fix it, can anyone help? is this some complex encryption issue?

It sounds like you have different encryption keys in your uploading and downloading machines

To fix this, copy the encryption key from 'Housekeeping | Security' on your uploading machine, and then paste it into the field on your downloading machine.
