    I need to change a template

    We used a company to design the actinic side of our website which we were pleased with, but since going on a dreamweaver course I have been making all the adjustments to the site.

    The problem is that I want to add a site map to the bottom of the site through out but it will not allow me to edit their templates any ideas?

    Are you saying that Dreamweaver won't open the primary templates ?

      The page I am trying to alter is titled wazoola_act_primary.htm and when I open it up in dreamweaver the mousover looks like a black no entry sign and the bottom of the screen reads mmtinctance:editable

      Any clues?

          OK. So it's the dreamweaver template that's locked.

          I don't know dreamweaver, but I believe that templates allow you to lock certain sections of the page.

          It doesn't sound too hard to unlock these areas. This might help:
