Shopping carts disappear

I upgraded Catalog V6.1.2 to V6.1.4 using the patch on Actinic website. I then applied the PSP s upgrade to incorporate HSBC. When I had done this & refreshed Actinic, the shopping carts had disappeared. So I tried a complete upgrade, rather than just applying the patch, still no shopping carts! This site is not yet live, as I am still working on the shop before uploading. Any suggestions, please, before I upload the site

When you say "the shopping carts had disappeared" I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying the customers get a 'Page Not Found' error when they try and add to cart (or view cart), or are you saying the little shopping cart summary has disappeared from the store pages? Or is it that the 'View Cart' button has disappeared from the store page?
