I am not using customer accounts, so shopping carts are saved on the users local machine. This works fine for everyone except one customer, and her cart isn't being saved. She tells me that she has cookies enabled and she is not clearing her cookies. What should I tell her to do or set so that her cart is saved between visits?

Ask her to go into Tools | Internet Options and Privacy of her Internet Explorer.
She should hopefully have an option at the bottom called Web Sites where she can click an Edit button, which will bring up Domains that are allowed or blocked for cookies....
If she types in your domain and then clicks Allow, then that should sove it..
