    Missing pictures

    Hi,

When a customer has placed his login and password, he's back at the home page. But, two pictures are missing : lefttab_pal1.gif and and righttab_pal1.gif !!

Following their propriety, they must be placed in the directory .../acatalog/acatalog/lefttab_pal1.gif and in the directory .../acatalog/acatalog/righttab_pal1.gif . Why acatalog/acatalog ??
Of course, there is no directory ../acatalog/acatalog on my server. Is there a bug?

    Thank you very much,

    Bruno

It's very strange that the other images are fine - but it is just those ones which are missing.

Could you give me a username and password to log in and check the fault?

      Hi,

      You can use this:

      login: madeleine@belgianfood.com
      password: bs090398

      Thank you very much

I'm a bit stumped on this one to tell you the truth.

Could you please ensure in Act_BrochurePrimary.html that you have got the line

        <Actinic:BASEHREF VALUE="NETQUOTEVAR:BASEHREF" FORCED=NETQUOTEVAR:BASEHREFFORCED/>

just under your '<TITLE>' tag and you have not edited this.

Also, could you possibly export your settings in 'Advanced | Network Setup' and then put the results up here - removing the username and password!

          Hi Chris,

Nothing has been changed in the file Act_BrochurePrimary.html.

I join with this reply a screen picture of the setup network.

          Thank you very much,

          Bruno

            Hi there

I'm afraid I do not know what is happening. I have seen this before, but according to your template and network settings, this should not be happening! You could try doing a 'Web | Refresh Website' just in case the problem is due to a faulty upload in the past.

I suggest you register an email support request at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm and refer them to this thread. They will ask you for a snapshot which they can play with and tell whether it is a problem with your site data or a problem with your web server.
