    Datacash Fraud Services (The 3rd Man)

    Hi all,

    Datacash Fraud Services (The 3rd Man) were doing maintenance between 5am and 6:30am this morning, we have been told this has overrun and the service is not expected back until 10:30am this morning.

    Update on 3rd Man

    Hi all,

    As per http://www.actinic.co.uk/service-status.html.

    Datacash Fraud Services (The 3rd Man) have reported that the service is now returning to normal service.

    After such a period of downtime it's going to take some time for things to catch up, so you may have to wait a few more hours for fraud statuses to be available for your orders.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

      We have received this communication from Datacash:

      Dear Merchant/Partner

      We are aware that customers may be experiencing a problem with Batch File Delivery. Engineers have identified the problem and are now working towards a resolution. At this stage we do not have an estimated time of completion.

      Please be assured that this is receiving our highest priority.

        At last I have better news, Datacash have reported that the problems have been resolved and the back log is being processed, hopefully any remaining outstanding transactions will be updated in the next few hours.

        I've checked and we are certainly seeing updates coming through but there are still a lot to catch up on

          Update : We still have a number of transactions outstanding with Datacash Fraud Services, they have assured us they are doing all they can to clear the backlog and resolve this.

          I've also been informed that they are, again, experiencing delays with the SFTP process, this is likely to affect the processing of transactions again.
