Is there a launch date for v12 or am I jumping the gun?

You're a but early. Details will be released at the conference in October. If all goes well I think we can expect to see a beta release soon.

Like all software releases the actual production release date will depend on the feedback from testing during the alpha and beta phases.

Thanks for the reply Duncan, I couldn't remember the date from the curtesey call but October sounds familiar now, don't suppose you know if I can jump from v10 to v12 do you?

Yes you will be able to go straight from v10 to v12 (unless Sellerdeck announce some fundamental changes to the database - in which case, at worst, it will be problematical!)

Any merchants who get busy in the run up to Christmas will not risk upgrading during Oct-Dec as things could go wrong and that would affect their business. They will wait until a quiet period (poss Jan/Feb?) before upgrading.
