22nd of November. Wonder what's planned for then.

That is the optimum time to upgrade a site for Christmas trade, reset your layouts, debug the upgrade patches, await for v13.0.1 to be announced to fix the database from crashing when you add a Blue and a Green permutation with associated products to and product in a child section that doesn't feature on the Best Sellers listing.

I got that one as well, the topics are the same as the first one, mostly the different date(s). I've heard nothing about a postponement - guess I'll find out at 4.00

Kieran asked me to do the ritual dance again and once more I used a fresh 2014, three new folders, Docs/Site, Data and Program and still ended up with a greyed out evaluate.

With the help of SellerDeck support I got it to uninstall it required the following: Backup site folders or snapshots. Uninstall the beta. Use Regedit and remove registry entries: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SellerDeck\2014" and "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SellerDeck\2014". Delete folders "C:\Program Files\SellerDeck 2014" and "C:\ProgramData\SellerDeck 2014" (hidden system folder) and "C:\Users\Username\Documents\SellerDeck 2014".

The steps Louise mentions above worked for me. My expiry date changed from the 22nd Nov to the 30th Nov.

The Wise Uninstaller (http://www.wisecleaner.com/wiseuninstallerfree.html) using a forced uninstall removed both those registry entries and I was still unable to sucessfully reinstall.

I used it again and checked those registry entries were gone. I then searched for SellerDeck and deleted all 2014/v14 entries (there were many). Reinstall was successful this time except that on completion of install I got this message again:
