Hi all,

Sage Pay has recently released a new version of its payment gateway integration, Sage Pay Protocol v3, which includes new features and security standards.

SellerDeck and Sage Pay are committed to providing a secure v3 integration that will be available before Sage Pay withdraws support for Sage Pay Protocol v2.23.

Please note that Sage Pay Protocol v3 will be supported by SellerDeck v11, SellerDeck 2013 and SellerDeck 2014.

As soon as SellerDeck’s Sage Pay v3 integration becomes available, SellerDeck will provide full instructions on how to upgrade to it. Technical support will be provided if required.

Sage Pay / SellerDeck integration update

Hi all,

Just to give an update on the new Sage Pay / SellerDeck integration.

SellerDeck and Sage Pay are currently working together to develop an integration based on the new Sage Pay API. As this is a new development, rather than at alteration to the old integration, this process is taking long than expected.

We have spoken to Sage Pay this morning, we can reassure Sage Pay users that progress is being made, and we should have a further update shortly.

Sage Pay update - 23/04/15

Hi all,

Just to give an update on the new Sage Pay / SellerDeck integration.

SellerDeck are still working hand in hand with Sage Pay with the aim of having the new integration ready to release as soon as possible after the new Sage Pay API comes out of Beta.

Sage Pay have sent an email to their customers today confirming that the new integration will be released in good time before the 31 July deadline.

Sage Pay Update

Sage Pay have been communicating to their customers that support for protocol v2.23 will end from July 31st, 2015.

Initial development of the new Sage Pay integration for SellerDeck is complete and we are hoping to have a Beta available, included as part of 14.0.2, in the next two weeks.

As a SellerDeck customer, please be assured that Sage Pay and SellerDeck are working hand in hand to have a brand new integration ready in good time before the July 31st deadline.

SellerDeck 2014 (14.0.2) Beta released providing support for Sage Pay v3

Sage Pay deadline extension

Hi all,

We have received confirmation from Sage Pay that they will allow extensions to be applied to all SellerDeck customers until the 30th October 2015.

Sage Pay will be contacting all SellerDeck customers directly providing instructions on how to get the extension added to your account, along with a disclaimer for you to sign. You must complete the disclaimer before Sage Pay will apply the extension.

Once applied, the extension will enable you to continue processing transactions through your account without any disruption.

Sage Pay Update

Hi all,

SellerDeck v14.0.3, v12.0.6 and v11.0.6 have been released on Beta:

These releases add support for the new Sage Pay integration. The new integration requires that Sage Pay know which IP addresses may send payment authorization requests. If you have multiple sites using the same installation and hosted on different servers then you need to register all of the server IP addresses with Sage Pay before updating the web site to the new integration. Enabled IP addresses can be set by logging into "MySagePay" and selecting ‘Settings | Valid IPs’.
