We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues when trying to commit payments at the moment. We apologise that this is taking a long time to resolve so far, but we have now confirmed that the issue relates to a particular database that is not talking to another. A task has been set to re-sync the databases so we hope to have this all resolved very soon.
