Permutations shown in columns with selectable radio boxes with one Qty & Add To cart?

I'm setting up a store for selling ink cartridges and the client has decided on a strange layout for the products (just to test me!)
They'd like a layout as follows (excuse the extremely crude layout!):

Basically... Is this possible?! (By the way, the square is the image)
The original & compatible columns would be permutations of the same product
And does anyone have any tips for a starting point or has anyone ever made a layout like this themselves? I'm still a bit of a beginner and it's already taken hours of fumbling to come up with nothing!
