Terms & Conditions popup

Hi all,

I'm a bit stuck with my terms & conditions popup page from the checkout, it pops up fine, but is displaying the whole page instead of just the terms. See here:

you'll have to add a product to the basket to see, the link is on the second checkout page.

How do I just make the terms not the whole page display?

Not sure why, but one easy solution would be to modify the layout to open info.html as target _blank.

the popup is popping OK, its just the content of the popup is wrong, I want the terms & conditions only, not the navigation etc...

Hi Paul

This is happening because the overall layout of the T&S page is the same as the overall layout of the site. The way to change this would be to have a different overall layout for that page. You can do that through Design | Themes->Advanced Themes Configuration->Page Layouts-> Advanced Page configuration. Once in there look for the Terms & Conditions page and set its "Outer Layout Selector" to "Receipt Page Layout" this seems to have the effect you want.
