Changing Best Sellers & New Items

Hi

I'm running actinic ver 8.5.1, and want to change the amount of items that appear on our front page. I've gone into Marketing - Best Sellers and tried to change it in there, but it doesn't allow me to. The same with new items. Help???

We'd need a bit more definite information than that. Exactly what can you see and do / not do in the Marketing / Best Sellers window.

As i go into Best Sellers this is what is showing and ticked.

Enabled (Ticked) Number of products in list 12 (Can't highlight this to change)
Period of sales from last 30 Days (Selected)

Auto Generate list on up load
Every Upload (Selected)

Then it shows a list of 12 products.

Looks like it's a Vista issue, does the same on my Vista pc, XP is ok!

Also does the same in new products.

Yes, your right, i'm running vista business on my lappie. Can we put this on the wish list as a problem that need solving by actinic.

Are you using MU? If so are you logged in as an order processor?

Not here, MS only.

One site only. The only solution i have found is out of the 12 items, is to manually select no product and then lock these. It then allows me to only have 6 items rather than twelve.
