    Alternative style sheet

    Hi,

Has anyone set up an Alternative style sheet with different text sizes, so users can choose large or smaller text. if so any advice??

The norm would be to convert the site to use 'ems' and then users across all browsers can change to suit their own requirements. This is also a good idea for meeting accessibility guidelines.

It's a standardised method of sizing fonts across all browsers, basically it works on all of them, which nothing else does. Actinic can be changed to use this method reasonably easy. More info on ems here.

Search the internet for stylesheet swapping - this allows you to use a simple javascript to allow users to click and swap sheets - I have done this in a v8 site for users with small monitors to lose right hand column during the checkout if it was obscuring the checkout tables.
