problem on snapshot upload

Just got this error message while trying to upload a snapshot, first time its done this any ideas please?

FATAL ERRORS
(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 1367) - Archive error 12 - The zip file open call failed
Library error - This is not a ZIP file or the structure of ZIP file is damaged! has been caught.

What do mean by uploading a snapshot?

If you are trying to import a snapshot. Check you can open the snapshot archive in winzip - sounds like it might be corrupt. (You may need to try and open it with an older version of winzip like v7 - some newer versions can't open it)

v7 of WinZip is the tool of choice.. other ZIP tools will open .. search the forum as it has been raised before (IIRC pinbrook recommended 7-Zip)
