Inner Layout on Catalog Pages strange behaviour

Hello,

I hope someone can help?

Working with the catalog pages we are displaying the top level of our store within the innerlayout area, I suspect this is very common.

When viewing the page either via Actinic or local preview everything appears as we would expect, however when the site is uploaded the top level products are not present and are instead replaced with a login layout.

This has now totally stumped me, I did wonder is somehow the pages had got confused on the server, however by updating the background colour of some other areas of the page I have proven that these elements at least are the same, I have left things for 48 hours just in case the server had cached something but no different this morning, any ideas?

No responses, I'm considering clearing everything off the server and uploading the site from scratch, any thoughts on whether this is a sensible thing to do or not?

Check in Business Settings - Ordering, that you don't have 'Request Login On Shop Entry' checked.
