block HTML in checkout pages only

I am trying to remove an html created "view/checkout" box from the left column. Also I do not want the left nav bar items there aslo. What is the Actinic block I need to wrap the html in??

You could use a blockif like the type here. Alternatively create a separate layout for cart/checkout.
