Drop Down menus having large gaps between them

Hi,

After upgrading to 8.5 my drop down menus on the product selection have large unsightly gaps between them:

Has anyone else experienced this annoying thing? Is there a simple way to change this?

Ideally I would have the drop downs with the names next to them.

Any help appriciated.

Looks like a couple of extra <br>'s in there which could be removed.

In design tab click on the drop down list, navigate up a level until you see the layout list .. this is the layout with the orange "click here to edit list" link at the top of the layout (or similar wording)...

click the orange link and under overall design tab and edit rows/columns remove any <br>'s that are affecting your layout.

It may be that you have given the Selection component an HTML name and not the attribute.

The attribute should be given the HTML name with the component HTML name field left blank. Also look for any <p> & </p> tags in the layout as I believe the 'nic defines each HTML name to be its own paragraph which will result in extra line breaks.
