Orders are downloaded and stored locally on your computer. There is no online order database. I've not come across a plug-in to store orders. I guess you would need an online database linked in to your store that would have to be uploaded independantly of Actinic.

          Hi All,
This is a feature I would be interested in also. I have seen it on a US site that was in the examples page of Actinic US. This is the link
          http://www.southsidecontrol.com/
          http://www.southsidecontrol.com/order.gif
          http://www.southsidecontrol.com/account.gif

I want to add a customer referral bonus to customers who refer customers to my site.
          Any pointers would be appreciated

          Regards

          Jim

On the sage side there appears to be a (expensive) solution http://www.activ8tech.co.uk/actilink.asp it claims to :
Download all web orders and payments
Eliminate the need for manual entry and cash allocation
Upload key data such as stock information, customer specific pricing and account information

i have requested some info from them. has anyone had any experience of this solution?

            Regards
