shopping cart pages in explorer not working

Hi all,

Please see attachments. I think it is the javascripting that is messing it up. Is there a way to remove my left navbar and the cart contents above it just from the cart and checkout pages ONLY?? I was wondering why i was not getting any sales. It is not working!!!

The cart content box in the shoppingcart pages is formatted different in explorer from any other page on the site. FF and opera, they look the same. Just having backgroung issues.

My P_SCT template looks ok in explorer from my computer (not live).

Yes but you would be better sorting the cause and not the symptom. Have you tried resetting the cart layouts back to factory default?

Is the site v8? It doesn't look like it is to me so if you are on v7 it might be better posting this in the v7 section. Either way though, your basehref does not look right for the pages, you probably need to look at whatever template in v7 controls this (sorry, I can't remember) and then use a factory default.

it is v8.5.1. Yes, I reset the layouts, design/library/webpage inner layout/ order 00,01,02,03 bulk area and order details bulk area. works on ff and opera, just not in IE.

It's the Default Base Href layout you need to revert.

OK, I reset that layout and upped it to the site but the cart pages are still messed up in explorer. What could it be?? I have a feeling it is the menu items on the left side. Navbar and cart contents. Is there a way to remove them only from cart and checkout pages??

BTY, I do not gat ant javascript errors. What browser does it happen it?? I am using the newest explorer. I guess i should download IE5 or 6 even aye??
