    hmmm...blockif conditions don't like characters?

I've just spent too long trying to get a blockif to work!

I have a section called "View by make/model" and wanted to prevent the section link showing on the homepage.
Easy, I thought..I've already blocked some others... I can just do the same

    Well, no...I can't
Because it doesn't like the / in the name.

'd tried a million different scenarios (well, ok perhaps not quite a million), thinking I was just having a bad day and getting the condition wrong but, in the end, I experimented with changing the sectionname itself to "view by bike" and, hey presto...it works fine!

Bit frustrating...although I'm sure there's good reason for it.
Just wanted to give others a heads up in case it happens to someone else

I'm guessing you probably need to use the html equivalent in the blockif, so "View by make/model" would be come "View by make/model"?

        Fart I never noticed that!

"/" should become "&#47 ;" (without the space obviously!)
        Cheers
