Changing the accept condition wording.

I want to change the wording associated with the check box on the check out page from "I accept the Terms and Conditions displayed below " to "I have read accept the Terms and Conditions displayed below"

I could do this in v7 via the Design | Text area but it does not seem to be there in V8.

Any help would be appreciated.

Click on the text in question after selecting that page from the drop down box on the design tab, you will see how it is included then. It may be hard coded if you can't find it in design|text.
