Modifying the best sellers / new products info in marketing tab

Hi All!

I cannot seem to change any info on marketing tab / best sellers or new products. I want to change the number of days to concider new, the number of products in the list and when i tick auto generate, I cannot change the the 1 next to days.Nothing shaded out but I cannot modify anything. In best sellers, I want to change the include sales from. It is at 30 days, where the radio button is ticked, but i cannot make a change. .

are you using Vista, Bob, because I think this ( or something similar) is a known issue with Vista, fixed in 8.5.2 (allegedly)

Yes I am using Vista, but I do not remember if I tried to change it or not since I have Vista. I dont see hot it could be the OS, but ya never know.


Is the US version out yet. I only say the UK.

It's a bug that affects Vista users - if you have the latest version of Actinic the New Products problem should be fixed, but the Best Sellers is still stuck on 6 products.

is that with 8.5.2 (the beta version) Trish?

You should be able to change it by tabbing through the options till you get to the option to change the number of days, instead of directly clicking on the box.
