Back up problem

This is my first posting here and I did lose my laptop with my back up and actinic datas and back up in it,
Can some body tell me how do I bring data from my website to actinic.

You can download the acatalog folder off your server to get the images - that is all though. The rest is done by copy and pasting the product text off the live site - it is your only way.
