'Smart' Layout customising

Hi,
Hope somebody can point me in the right direction.

Im using the 'works best with smart brochure pages' with the sections on the left side of the page

How do create a Side Bar on the right of the page for things like banners etc.

i have tried searching but didnt really get anywhere

The smart theme come with a right hand side bar as standard - if you mean another box take a search for "adding box in smart theme" and you will see this numerous times (mostly in v7). The v7 instructions are still pertinent but life is easier in v8 as you can switch to the design tab and edit the code there rather than manualy editing Act_Primary.html, Act_BrochurePrimary.html and Act_PrimaryCheckout.html to add in the new boxes.
