I would like to move information out of the "Pending & Completed" tab in the orders field into the "completed" tab when the order is completed. we do not use Actinic to process orders we just use it to pull off orders once they have been received from our payment service provider. In the manual it says that once the order has been printed to invoice it should dispaear from the orders tab and transfer to the completed tab, but they just seem to linger around.
Can anyone help?
