Displaying several sub sections

Basically down the left hand side of the page I have my main sections. Inside each of these sections are subsections.

An example would be

-Maker 1-
Shoes
Shorts
Jeans


-Maker 2-
Shoes
Shorts
Jeans


-Maker 3-
Shoes
Shorts
Jeans

On the main page (and maybe along the top of the page, im not sure yet) I was wondering if it was possible to click an image or link and it would display a page of the subsections, e.g. Shoes, Shorts and Jeans from each of the makers? Or maybe display a page that has the 3 Makers on it.

Ive had a quick search, but as I don't really know what this would be refered to as, ive had not much luck.

You'd set all the sections up manually and they'd contain duplicates of the master product. You won't find a dynamic solution unless you try and get clever with adjusting search scripts and pointing to them, i think Gabe and Norman have posted something along those lines in past few months..
