Related products not showing in extended pages

I've added a number of 'Related Products' to an item. These related items show up in the Extended products pages when I view the page OFFLINE.

However when I upload the new pages to my website, the related products no longer show up in the extended product page for that item.

Any Ideas?

They are usually set to show on product pages, not extended, are you sure you are not getting mixed up?
