How to insert an Inner Layout?

I have made a basic html template in Dreamweaver and registered it with Catalog. I am now trying to insert an Inner Layout in Catalog but can't quite figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Insert content in dreamweaver and one of the options to add is 'innerlayout', that is it, all you need to do, actinic does the rest.

If the layout is already registered you can also switch to the design tab inside actinic .. click where you want the layout and simply start typing and the INNERLAYOUT will appear as an option.

You can also insert other layouts inside your DW outer layout if you want. For example QuickSearchBar.
In other words, they don't have to be inside the default innerLayout.
